Please note, if you have more than one form of inspiration, or more than one in a single category, you must submit each separately.

SUBMITTING FAN ART: Since you will be sending me an image, it cannot be sent through this form. Therefore, please fill out this form and send it as usual, then click on my address at the bottom of this page to send the picture from the same e-mail address you used in this form.

SUBMITTING SONGS: I want these to be accurate. (1) Consult the lyrics that come with your CD (cassette, whatever). Type them out. Read them over to make sure you typed them out correctly. Listen to the song while reading the lyrics and make any necessary adjustments so that they fit with the words that are actually being sung. Then send. (2) If you do not have the song in your possession or there are no lyrics given to you with the CD, consult at least two web pages for lyrics. (Hopefully your artist will have an official site with lyrics. I strongly suggest going to the Google search engine and typing in the name of the singer along with the word "lyrics." Google will give you the most linked to sites that have your search terms in it - i.e., the most popular, and most likely to be accurate.)
One other note for song submissions: You do not have to include your name. I will put "Submitted anonymously" if you don't. But do include your e-mail address. I will not give this away on the page - I just need it in case I have a question.
